Welcome to MyLifeInLines (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, progressive web application (PWA), and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

MyLifeInLines is your personal AI palmist, blending centuries of palmistry wisdom with the speed and accuracy of modern artificial intelligence. Trained on expert palmist knowledge, our AI reads and interprets photos of both your palms along with a few personal details to uncover insights about your personality, strengths, and life’s journey. The experience feels warm and conversational, as if you were speaking to a trusted palmist who knows you well.

Unlike traditional readings, MyLifeInLines is available anytime, anywhere, and delivers your results in minutes. You can receive your reading in multiple Indian languages, making it accessible and comfortable for everyone. Privacy is our priority — your palm photos are used only to generate your reading and are never stored unless you choose otherwise. Simple, secure, and deeply personal, MyLifeInLines is here to guide you when life’s answers feel just out of reach.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Service Description & Session Definition

MyLifeInLines blends traditional palmistry principles with AI to provide conversational readings via our PWA in supported languages (currently Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and English).

Session: One paid session typically includes: (a) uploading two palm images (left & right), (b) an initial personalized reading, and (c) up to five (5) follow-up questions within the active session window.
Timing: Responses are generally delivered within minutes, subject to network, third-party APIs, and operational constraints.
Memory: If you opt-in, we may store a brief summary to personalize future sessions (see Privacy Policy).

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Price: Session prices are displayed at checkout (e.g., ₹199 per session) and may change over time.
Payment Methods: UPI and card payments are processed via compliant payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/others). We do not store your card/UPI credentials.
Taxes & Fees: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes or gateway charges unless otherwise stated.
Authorization: By initiating a payment, you authorize the gateway to debit the specified amount.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Before Start: If you paid but have not uploaded images or received any reading, contact us to cancel; we will refund the full session amount.
After Start: If no reading was delivered due to a technical issue, we will refund the session. If a reading was delivered or follow-ups have begun, the session is considered consumed and is typically non-refundable.
Quality Issues: For incomplete/corrupted outputs, contact us within 24 hours with your payment reference. We’ll re-deliver or refund at our reasonable discretion after verification.
Duplicate Payments: Verified duplicates will be refunded to the original method.
Refund Timeframe: The refunds if any, will be credited within 7 working days.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload unlawful, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, interfere with, or overload the Service.
Do not use outputs to spread misinformation, harassment, or hate.
We may limit or terminate access for abuse or policy violations.

7. Guidance Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)

The Service provides general guidance and entertainment. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always seek licensed professionals for such matters. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We minimize retention of palm images and input data and process payments via third-party gateways.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, trade dress, logos, graphics, prompts, and generated reports (excluding your photos and input) are the intellectual property of MyLifeInLines or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

10. User Content & License

By submitting content (e.g., palm photos, messages), you represent you have rights to share it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely for providing the Service and improving safety/quality. You retain ownership of your content.

11. Communications & Notifications

We may send service notifications (e.g., payment confirmations, reading ready, follow-up reminders) within the app/PWA and via email/SMS if you opt-in.
You can adjust communication preferences in-app (where available) or by contacting support.

12. Changes to the Service / Terms

Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In any event, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. Proceedings shall be in English.

15. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
